As Events Director for EYP Dougie’s main role is to ensure that events are delivered on budget, on brand, and on time.  This involves coordinating the work of numerous stars working on behalf of members behind the scenes; the organs and essence of EYP!

Dougie moved swiftly on from his Oxford degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics in 2000 to focus on investing government money in regeneration projects throughout the capital.  After four years playing politics he established his first company, p.o.p. creative events.  By taking an imaginative and bespoke approach to corporate event planning, the company has gained regular custom from the likes of Barclays, Allen and Overy and ITV.  p.o.p. has even performed on several occasions by Royal Appointment.  

EYP provides a natural fit with Dougie’s belief in strengthening London’s multinational community; an organisation that creates links between people through common interest, values and thinking.

What’s your passion: Yoga, which means union.  If you see problems in the world, change your glasses and look further.  My passion for solutions starts at home.
