Rune is one of the founders of EYP, and after having created and lead EYP through the initial phase, I am working on expanding EYP internationally and looking after our Spring Running club. I initially got interested in EYP under another name and group but found that EYP was the best fit for me, as it’s a mix of social and business, it means professionals who are switched on, yet also want to have fun.

Originally from Copenhagen Denmark, he moved to London in 1998, with a background in Business IT, Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Rune worked as product manager on Interactive Services in British Telecom and it gave him a platform for the many consumer and business telecom services his companies run.

He believes that anything is achievable, and have a strong interest in music education and personal development. Rune likes diversity and thrives with multi cultural teams, and have subsidiaries in Denmark and India. In the EYP committee he has taken a more passive role in the Daily activity, but is working on the expansion and development of the EYP networking. Rune’s motto is to first ask what your passion is, and not what you do for a living.

What’s your passion: Fine and creative food because we eat every day.

Why are you part of EYP: I have a strong passion for networking across borders in our cultural differences there is unlimited things to learn. I also think that being a new Londoner means i get the network of professional people that I had in Denmark.
