Svetlana is a native Russian who has extensive work experience in the financial services industry in Moscow, Frankfurt and nowadays London. In addition to the professional career she currently pursues in one of the multi-national companies, she is actively involved in establishing of the Russian-British business networking, both within her company and externally. Within EYP Committee she represents a professional Russian community in London while her operational day-to-day tasks include helping with the EYP membership and finding exciting speakers for the events. Her interests include travelling, reading, playing piano and… people! She believes every one of us has a great personality and understanding it is an exciting and never-ending process! Svetlana is also truly passionate about promoting the idea of Russian culture and travel to Russia in the UK which is reflected in her voluntary responsibilities: she is in the Board of the tour operator for Russia – company Go Russia Limited and one of the active supporters of the Pushkin House, a Russian culture centre in London.
